Why not just read the number 2 as 2 all the same?
In this case, “2” is read as “futatsu”
Tanaka san wa hamburgers wo “futasu” tabemasu.
However, in the following case, it reads “2” is read as “nidai”
nidai
Tanaka san wa Jitensha wo “nidai” kaimasu
