Started from Toyama station and get on a bus to Murodo. I walked start walking from Murodo to the peak of Oyama 3003m altitude taking about 3.5 hours round trip.
Various trekking courses are available for beginners and advanced trekkers.
Visitors can enjoy the view overlooking the Toyama Plain, forest bathing filled with negative ions, and bird watching.
