I’m here at a shared hot spring “onsen” managed by locals in Yamagata Prefecture.
There are men’s and women’s onsens.
To my surprise, the temperature of the water in the hot spring today was 43 degrees Celsius, or 109.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Can you imagine it?
